#Node not starting

My node is stuck on Status: Waiting-For-Network for more than 5 minutes. Can some one please help? The Stake address: 0xc4f694f8da796b7b36d9f5ceeacae5722c2d1d6e
Node exited with the following message:
submitStandbyRefresh: Error posting standbyRefresh request: RequestError: connect ECONNREFUSED 45.94.209.252:9001 i get this message. but now connected once again and it fine , is this normal#?

If your node is on standby then it's working properly. Need not do anything else.

This is common, some people have been on standby for a month. I don't think it hurts you as far as rewards go.
It's only in standby mode. Been since restarted. Before that it was validating.
It's normal.
Shardeum network randomly selects a few nodes from Standby Pool and moves them into the Active pool. Active pool is used for validating all the transactions on Shardeum. Rewards are earned during the Active state. However, the network keeps moving Active nodes to Standby and Standby nodes to Active on a regular basis.
