When I arrive at the Lazarus, everything is powered off. Like in hibernating. But if I got from the top back to the main hall with the elevator, its out of juice. I've got plenty of solar on the roof and a enough batteries to run that place and the batteries are full, also.
Same thing happens to the lazarus racks, even while playing for a longer period. Or the full light system in the main hall.

I know it's a pain but I would (and have done several times) check every power cable, from the roof to the racks. often there was one disconnected in the middle for no apparent reason 🙁

Sometimes it even looks like it's connected, but isn't. Happens quite often at batteries.

It's not a cable related issue.

If you have production on the same line, you'll see dips in tension. Best to use a battery and run several lines for each of your machines. One for food, one for lazarus, one for the rest. Same with water.
Sometimes, the prod stuff will use more than 1MW at a time, which is more than the cable can carry. It would be fine if they're the only thing on the line, but it'll cause the other machines partially to lose power for a moment.
