Why does the game keep every single autosave with no limit whatsoever? Nobody asked for a time machine.

GeForce NOW notified me that I had exceeded 9 GB of storage, almost entirely autosave files. Since there is no in-game option to delete all autosaves at once, the only alternative to clicking through hundreds of deletion prompts one by one was to write an AutoHotkey script to do it automatically. In an unattended moment, that script wiped everything, including my active save.

This is exactly the kind of situation a simple safeguard would prevent. My suggestions:

• Add a "Delete all autosaves" option that keeps manual saves intact
• Or cap autosaves at a reasonable number (10 should be more than enough for anyone)
• Or let players configure the autosave limit in the settings

I know that players on a local PC can just open the save folder and delete files manually. I cannot. No one should lose their entire game progress because the game cannot manage saves properly.

In Early Access, we may need to restart more often. Or we may need to open a save file for debugging by the development team. This is likely why we currently have more files stored than usual.
