Title says it all. You can no longer grab onto easily accessible ledges as of the latest update.
This is directly related to the vaulting issue reported here.

It doesn't just affect from water, but even on solid surfaces. It also makes scaling recon towers impossible, when they have broken stairways.

Yep - effectively making the game unplayable.

I have only had the problem in water, some places have workarounds but any entrance that is on the bottom of a facility under water is now impossible to enter.

I can't seem to climb into.places now either, at the first hellos site, can't remember its name, the one near the start, there is a hole you have to climb up into from the sea to get into power switch room, but I can't, then there is the secret room lower in the sea a bit and I can't get into that one either, also had issues at the very beginning try8ng to get into the secret walkway up on the wall behind the stasis bed by the docked ship, this never happened before the update something has been changed somewhere and is effecting character movement!
Its as though our ability to hold onto edges with our hands and pull.ourselves up has somehow been removed if that helps explain the issue a bit better.
