Unable to climb

I am on the current beta and I'm at the first electric charging area east of the first listening post. The one with the ||underwater access|| point. I tried jumping onto the ramp and it didn't want to get on top. Finally waves allowed me on. Now I'm trying to ||jump from it in to the power switch area|| and it's not climbing onto the edges anymore. Did something change with climbing?

I did try and close out and reload to see if it was just a glitch. Issue is happening post-reload.

New note - I can climb into containers on top of the platform without issue. It's just that one spot (so far)

I managed to get a box on the ramp, even when I climb on to that and then try and jump up - it won't let me grab the edge

I found out that those moon wells under places where there is loot i cant get in to anymore without making a storage container i can jump up on

i am having the EXACT issue as Togna even tried with a crate and i wont let me jump in
