With Beta, you can't use the Food Processor while creating humans, even with 1 MW of electricity available. Every time the processor creates a component, it completely cuts off the power to the creation pods.

The beta seems to have tweaked a lot of the equipment power draw. The recycler now pulls close to 96kW while running. I can only imagine how much a Lazarus rack wants now or even the oil pump.
