I died in the game and when i respawned my inventory was empty tools and everything gone and by build menu has nothing on it so i cant remake them despite having everything unlocked. i have verifyed the files on steam and relogged a few times and still jsut the same. Hope i don't have to start over

Have you tried restoring your game to an earlier saved version?

The game keeps historic backups (both autosave and manual save) in the C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Local\Voyage\Saved\SavedGamesBackup\<your Steam ID> folder so try taking an earlier file, renaming it to the name of the file in the ...\SavedGames folder which you were last using, and then see if the same thing happens.

Don't forget to save the current (potentially bugged) file with a different name for future reference or in case the C37 devs want a copy of it to debug it.
