Torch light levels and placement

If each torch is going to be brighter and use more power, they should be able to have a light setting to turn them down to previous torch light and power levels.

Also if there are only 2 places for equipment, they should be mountable on weapon rails.

Just posting to say that I'd definitely like the option to step down the higher tier flashlights to conserve power when necessary.
