I have seen others complain about that too but nobody really gives any specifics when it happens. (KB+M, controller, computer specs?) I have been creating humans in the last couple days and it does nothing until I hit the 'E' key to start the process. I don't use a controller and have a pretty fast computer getting 90+FPS (around 50 FPS in Lazarus).

I also select which type of human I want to create, by pressing the 'H' key and selecting one from the list. Not sure if that is the difference or not.
