Dismantling the depleted Flash Arrays with the hand-held Tool yields zero components or materials whereas throwing them into the Recycler machine DOES yield materials.

Oh nice one, I just had this happen to me today with the dismantle tool. I think its all the crafting components and not just Flash Array.
