#Ship momentum after anchoring

When the ship is moving forward at about 40 speed and I realize I won’t be able to stop in time even if I throttle to reverse, I drop the anchor. The ship correctly comes to a complete stop. However, after the anchor is fully raised and I apply reverse throttle, the ship suddenly starts moving forward again, with the same forward speed it had at the moment I dropped the anchor.

It looks like the forward momentum is being stored and then reapplied once I start moving again, instead of being cleared when the anchor stops the ship.
Expected behavior: After stopping on the anchor and lifting it, with throttle set to reverse, the ship should start moving backwards from zero, without any residual forward momentum.
Actual behavior: After stopping on the anchor and lifting it, applying reverse causes the ship to surge forward at its previous speed from before the anchor was dropped.

Sometimes, after I leave the helm (ship controls), I can interact with it one more time normally, but further attempts to use the helm stop working: the interaction prompt no longer appears and I can’t take control of the ship again. The only way to fix this is to leave the cabin/interior and come back in; after that, the helm becomes interactable again.
Expected behavior: The helm should remain interactable every time I walk up to it and press the interaction key.
Actual behavior: After leaving and using the helm again once, subsequent interaction attempts in the same visit to the cabin fail, until I leave the cabin and re-enter it.

At the gas station, on one of the power connection booths (the small stand used to hook up power), the electrical box on top is missing. The power cable is present, but it goes into nowhere and is not connected to any box or device. It looks like the electrical box mesh or asset is missing, leaving the cable hanging into empty space.

In bad weather conditions such as heavy fog, on locations where building windows are visible from a long distance (for example the Exodus area), some windows appear completely black, as if their glass textures/materials are not being rendered correctly. This is especially noticeable on the power building and on the building where you dock the ship and enter from the pier. In clear weather the glass looks normal, but in low visibility (fog) those same windows turn into flat black surfaces, which looks like missing or incorrect textures at a distance.

When I try to equip the electric pistol underwater, in most cases it does not come out on the first attempt – I have to press the equip/use button multiple times before it appears. Then, when I climb back onto the ship with the pistol equipped, the weapon model disappears: the pistol becomes invisible, but my robot’s hands are still posed as if it’s holding the weapon.
