"Electric Motor Overhead Hoist Crane Lift." It can be placed on the overhead surface in any infrastructure that the Caretaker can reach to build.
And also
"Crane Fork" that can hook to Electric Motor Overhead Hoist Crane Lift and use pallets to place multiple chests when you want to take them to the top of the infrastructure platform or move them back to the ship easily without grabbing and moving them one by one using stairs. The chest will be placed on the pallets and then automatically attached so that it doesn't fall, just like you would put it on a ship's platform.
