I can not get more the 1 km close to Norfolk grave or the beacon near it or my boat just jumps into the air. Sometimes it throws me off others I am stuck on it. I have put about a week into it and I have even tried to load older saves to see, but it still happens about 1 km from grave.
#Did anyone ever find a fix for the boat just jumping into the sky at a certain point on the map?

Same here, same location. I swam the few hundred meters and solved the Norfolk Grave quest and now I need to go to the seed vault. Boat jumps to space every few hundred meters, doesn't seem to be any particular pattern to it.
Other features:
- Anchors float upwards, into the sky
- Speed up to 1,500km/h
- Various pipes curve upwards, like there's anti-gravity
- Some other anomalies like electricity connectors glitching. I can get infinite power cables just by grabbing one.
Seems to be a common problem.
