This may be asking a lot, but if co op is not an immediate concern, I request ability to create or repair robotic caretaker assistants (aka "Bot Buddies"). After playing Sons of The Forest, a semi capable AI partner capable of rudimentary tasks is invaluable, and often hilarious.
Here are some key considerations:
- limited to rudimentary tasks. Lore tie in: repaired/created Bot Buddies lack complexity because they were broken or are lacking in resources to create a true caretaker, afterall WE are the caretaker.
- Tasks may include repairs, carrying storage containers, or perhaps some kind of supply tasks in areas harmful to the caretaker (high radiation or maybe underwater operations?)
- different bots for different tasks like one who has higher ability to repair, maybe another that is better suited for carrying, etc
- I need a bot buddy to hold a flashlight for me so I can yell at them "hold the light still!!!!" Or "hold this electric cable for me while I craft this connector"
