What's the point of collecting furniture and making a lounge and work space in your boat if you can't sit, right?

Cosmetic furniture items would be great id also like to add that you should be able to craft them, but instead of gaining the recipe through the research tree, you should gain the recipe when you recycle an item

Because the work surfaces where one might type or write are at sitting level.

And for the same reason that a game must always implement petting the doggo... if there's a chair, I must sit.

I would ask why should robot helpers ever sit around, but then they have beds.. But I assume that would be a charging pad. At the same time as part of simulated companionship, sitting in chairs would be pretty obvious skill.
