I am not sure if this is consistent with anyone else, but I noticed a few places that my ship will start listing to the side it is moored to the platform on. Once I disengage and leave it is fine but it's almost like it starts to slip below the lip of the platform.

im having the same issue at every location i attach the mooring cables, the ship slips under the lip and lists, it can be challenging to get it out from under it at times even requiring me to deconstruct the mooring guarding (the rubber tires on the side) before it let me move one time

I have had this happen too and then I boat gets all goofy.

For now I just use the mooring cables to put the boat in position, then anchor and unmoor.

That sounds like a good work around.

Good call, after almost literally flipping my boat, i came here, the mooring cables are good to get you where you need to be, then just unattach the cables and anchor

ya so i went to the seed storage last night and when i came back to my boat it was almost capsized, i figured out its partially due to the area....i never saw it capsize because the sea/weather was more relaxed around the starting area but when you get further out it gets more vicious and the boat nearly capsizes.....yes i will use the trick where i ONLY anchor it because it was ALSO disconnecting my mooring cables and i couldnt understand at first...im guessing the disconnecting was added so that the boat doesnt capsize maybe?
