At Helios Reserve Lyra, in the docking Area a guitar, which I assume to be a memory item is not lootable. Can only grab it.

I believe there are 2 types of guitar, one is memory and other is for scrapping 🙂

I found two like this also and was confused. I ended up keeping them in my cabin on boat.
