Because of your unprofessional devs, more and more players want to delete the game. First you gave out rewards & players used them in the game at their own discretion. Then you realized your mistake and decided to fix it. But your technical team doesn't solve it, they are so bad that it creates more problems for the players. I had characters of maximum inspiration, before your developers screwed up, I spent a lot of money and time on this (Synarell & Astaion were lvl 5 inspiration long before your fail, now they are 3). Because of your unprofessional technical team now I have huge problems in game. While you are "correcting" your mistakes, players are losing their positions in the rankings.
