On the double drop event if you use the Quick Raid tickets, it doesn't reward you the boss kills so it doesn't count for the event. I've spent 2 breads in Grave of Curse and got no kill count. In Grave of Rot used the 4x but no Quick Raid and it counted normally.

Not a bug, it is inteded and your screenshot shows exactly that.
