There is no Ring of Winter in my artifact shop.

There is no Ring of Winter in my artifact shop. I have an artifact box unopened, and it shows there but not in the store.

Has it become a quest reward?
It‘s not in my shop either:

It’s in my Artifacts and it doesn’t say it’s a quest reward, I’m sure I bought it in the Artifacts shop

It used to be in the shop, maybe they moved it for update 3.0 on 7th 🤷 answer pending

Yes, you can. If you use an Artifact Chest this season, you will be able to obtain the "Ring of Winter".
