I can't log in, intro is just looping and looping with the fight scenes from the colab fight. Or is the server down?

Can't access the game. Asks me to check my internet connection, which is working. Yesterday, I couldn't access "Existing charachter" either.

I see the same issue as you. The looping video appears. I guess, it might be some server maintenance.

Try repairing the app

If that doesn’t work, send a copy of the log files to @keen ferry make sure you have copies of your Character ID numbers and then uninstall the game

Once uninstalled, locate all file folders that have Dragonheir in the file names, and delete them

Once deleted, restart your device and then install a fresh copy of the game

And try again, hopefully that will work, it has others (including me)
