Journey Together Binding not functioning properly

I have been trying to input veteran player codes to do the "Journey Together" Bond Tasks, and regardless of who provides a code, I receive the same error (see screenshots). This includes people who have confirmed they have not bound to anyone (screenshot). Please advise how to resolve this so I can bind to a friend.

Hi @elfin kite as one of those that was trying to help him yesterday, I confirm that he was unable to show the binding history screen at that time, is this normal?

Thank you for your attention. However, this issue requires Flip to provide a screenshot of their own binding records.

I have another issue that i wasnt answered: friend is binded, he sees Journey quests but i don't see him as a binded )))

Binding can only be completed via the link or by entering the exclusive invitation code. Once successfully bound, if the invited player creates a character on the Celebration Server, the Journey Together page, (Bond Tasks) the top right corner will show that it is already bound, and you can tap to view the bound player’s information.

Will those players that have attempted this and reported it, then be able to still gain from it, or will they receive compensation for the loss of those benefits?

Dear Traveler,

Due to system performance issues, some players’ data was not successfully synchronized. We will re-sync this data in the near future.

If you had already completed the binding but it was not displayed, it will show as successfully bound after the fix. Additionally, rewards for tasks that have already been completed will not be issued again, while any incomplete or unclaimed tasks will be reactivated, allowing you to claim the corresponding event rewards normally.
