I purchased Hero's Anthem from Buffbuff and Legendary Hero Pack from Midasbuy. Both transaction were success but I have not received the items in my account.
I've contacted Buffbuff support. I have not received a response but I don't think it's their mistake. So I created a ticket to the game's support. I hope they can resolve this soon because the Hero's Anthem event will end in 1 day.

I also have the same issue, got season summons iv from buffbuff yesterday with voucher I won, I didn’t receive it, I asked buff buff and they said they sent it, but I didn’t get it - userid- 1411609726674450432

I think it’s there, I didn’t get any notification but the season summons Iv is now gone from the store I didn’t pay much attention to the dice I had so yeah I think it’s there now thanks
