Hello i want to invité a friend via the alliance code but he have to reset his account , can you think about a system who let us invited our friends to play together , its a huge problem and it will be nice for this game if we can join friends to play in the same alliance without losse everything

This was said to be a fix “on the improvements list” quite some months ago

When can we expect this to be actioned please?

Well, the main issue i see is, you could join a new server... so there needs to be a solution to it to join only servers of similiar age... and thats tough cause oldest servers are now from april 7... otherwise the unfair advantages of stacked accounts is not only in the cross servers events

Still a thing to think about though so forwarded once again.

A transfer of account during an intermediate day between two seasons while keeping the heroes, artifacts, etc. could, from my point of view, be something to consider, obviously limiting such a transfer to only once per account.

Its crazy that you loose everything, imagine spend some money on this game and be on alliance where you know nobody ans if you want to join your friends you loosse all

Also imagine you just started playing dragonheir, you've spent a couple hundred dollars and have a good team going, you're learning the game and getting hyped for the competitions / speedruns / vortex rankings, and then a couple people join your server with 6+ seasons worth of heroes, i5 almost everything, and start stomping every leaderboard with minimal effort

there definitely has to be a balance to that sort of thing

No, it would be between veteran servers only and beginner servers only; no mixing of veteran players with new ones.

Well I would say mixing between veteran players and then new players could join any veteran server if they have friends there. Obviously veterans shouldn't go to beginner servers, but if new players have some friends in veteran servers, they should be able to join them. The new players have to expect, that they will get stomped in first few seasons, before they get their teams going, but based on how this game works, you can't do much about it unless you are whale.

But also there could be a period for new servers, where they have to go through several seasons, before this server becomes veteran server and veterans can join it. Since everyone regardless of season can pull any heroes, then it's just matter of time before the new players have 3-4 teams capable of competing.

And also for me, now I enjoy much more the additional game modes like Blade Colloseum, Magichess etc. rather than the main season. So even if I get stomped in the PvE content or so, it doesn't really bother me.

We dont talk about people who are on a old server ,we talk about migrate to another serveur who have the same level or higher

All I mean is that we are all on the same season now

And these 'server clusters' are matching me against veteran servers

as a new player
