Dear Traveler,
Please note: Only characters that have been inactive for more than 14 days are eligible for Account Valuation. You can only perform the valuation for one character at a time.
Hello Flora. the account valuation is for the new character that inherited an old one right, i mean the old one wasn't valuated i think. It just underwent inheritance. That account that this new one inherited from was not played for at least 3 months
Dear Traveler,
In this Account Valuation event, both new and returning players can participate and obtain generous Wyrmarrow rewards.
For new characters, those created within 7 days can choose an old character for Account Valuation. New characters created on the new server are also eligible to participate.
For the old character being evaluated, the account must have been inactive for at least 14 consecutive days. After completing the valuation, players can claim the corresponding valuation rewards in-game through the Event Entrance using a newly created character within 7 days.

Dear Traveler,
After verification, the character (ID: 1515333373254163456) has recent login activity and does not meet the requirement of 14 consecutive days of inactivity. Therefore, it is not eligible for Account Valuation.
