Hi, the event rules of summoning the mounts state the following:

“If the mount you obtain is not your wishlisted one, the next mount you get is guaranteed to be it.”

So this means if you did not get it on the first summon, the second one is guaranteed right?

If this is the case it does not work as it’s stated, if it works in a different way, since I did not have it guaranteed twice already, then that statement is misleading. Please if you could enlighten me?

Hello Traveler,

The following are the rules for the Three Ears Curio Shop's appearance item lottery:

About Guarantee:

· If you haven't obtained a Legendary appearance in the last 39 draws, you're guaranteed one on the 40th draw.
· If you haven't obtained a permanent Epic+ appearance in the last 29 draws, you're guaranteed one on the 30th draw.
· The guarantee count for a Legendary appearance carries over when you change your wishlisted mount.

Hi @woeful ivy , I am talking about the wish list side, mounts that have been added after a certain amount of time, it’s saying if the one you obtained is not your wish listed one the next is guaranteed to be it

Nvm I realised, it has to be a MOUNT pull, correct?

After selecting a wishlisted Mount, the drop rate for that Mount will be increased, but it is not guaranteed to be obtained.

If the mount you obtain is not your wishlisted one, the next mount you get is guaranteed to be it.

Could you please confirm whether your second pull resulted in a Mount or another item (such as an Accessory)?

Yea it was an accessory and it got me confused, I understand now, thanks for the clarification
