#Game is taking away my rewards? I don't understand why i have been accused of this.

I have the same problem
I am playing this game competitively and this removal of my rewards will be a huge blow in my economy planning. Now this is going to be so tricky to plan around this and maintain my ranking. What is even going on here? What did I do wrong?

That's terrible. Why would I get banned though I did nothing wrong? That would be immoral
I missed out on all the donation promotions because of the ban and I don't know if I'll even get unbanned

I’m also affected by the auto-chess rewards bug and submitted a support ticket about a week ago, but haven’t received a response yet.
My account received a penalty, and I believe it may be related to the abnormal chess rewards, as nothing else unusual occurred on my account.
I would really appreciate it if someone could take a look at my case. I’m completely fine with removal of any abnormal rewards.
