#Account appraisal - can't claim wyrmarrow

Hello Traveler,
After completing the above activities, new and veteran users can claim rewards from the in-game event page. Event rewards are available only to characters within 7 days of registration.
I think I am on my 8th day. Can anything be done about this? This is because I was prevented from appraising my character due to a known bug (where it says the server is busy)

I mean I was prevented from getting the rewards because of a bug, since the account appraisal had certain issues (I saw other players saying that it was being worked on). By the time it was fixed, my character passed 7 days and I can't claim my rewards anymore. Would it be possible for me to get the wyrmarrow transferred into my character?

It's not another account. It is my account, the same account which has my character Classier
I registered as a new player
I understand that it is only available to characters registered within 7 days, but it was because of the problem with the website that I was unable to do so
