Magichess - hero ultimate timing

Hi, I would like to ask question about how are the ultimates of heroes like Hvitar or Talethia exectued in Magichess.

I have already noticed several times, that sometimes when my Talethia and my opponent's Talethia or Hvitar use ultimate at the same time (same ability haste of me and my opponent and visually it looks at exact same moment), only one side usually gets damaged.

Is this based on who enters the arena first same as in Blade Colosseum? I have asked about this for Blade Colosseum and I think you have told me it is based on the spectator's team, so whoever enters first the arena then his heroes cast their skills first if they happen to be casted at the same time as opponent's heroes.

But then for example when both sides have Anneliesis, when they use their ultimate at the same time, both of them get casted at the same and everyone gets stunned, so I don't understand why does it happen differently for Talethia or Hvitar.

In the same battle, my Talethia killed the opponent Talethia, then faced him in another round of the same battle with the same skill haste as in the first round, and he killed me and won. Nothing changed between the two rounds, so why was there a difference between them?
