By the looks of it you are on a Celebration or Celebration Return Server. Those codes must come from a regular server so you and your friend can benefit from the bond 🙂

Yes that is the way those codes work. And for accomplishing the bond tasks you will get rewards. The shown like 70 Helios and wyrm are the accumulation of all binding tasks are fulfilled

You would still need to fullfill the bond tasks to receive rewards so I don't know how efficient that would be

Celebration Server resets everything
Celebration Return Server resets everything besides 7 heroes chosen, rebates, boni you get for playing previously
