hello,

season1 returning player here i wanted to come back to the game yesterday but noticed that after login in i do not see my old season 1 character. I have already sent an email to support with my payment receipts that i made on the old account and have been told that that they recognise my account as an returning player and that i should login to the account i previously used to access the game, which is the account i logged in with which i know it is because i have checked my google activity which confirm the play time from said account. so i am not sure what to do now i have asked if they can track my account but have literally not gotten a response.

I've not made a new character as it is not letting me in the returner server nor the veteran server and i played for most of the 1st season

I played during the initial launch hence i have all my payments receipts for this was s1 of initial launch

And inheritance shouldn't be in the way of you playing a bit on a different character.
