After checking, we found that your current tracked quest is “Travel to Equinoxial”, which can be completed normally. However, it is different from the quest shown in your screenshot 1. We recommend checking your quest panel to confirm which objective you are currently following.
Regarding the issue with the Arena Master not responding, this is because the side quest “Iron Fist Challenge” has not met its prerequisite requirements. As a result, the NPC cannot be interacted with at this stage.
We recommend completing the side quest "Bill Falling from the Sky" first. Please note that this quest can only be accepted after completing the prerequisite quest “The Meaning of Gem.”
