Bug Report – Failed to Pull Character Data / Cannot Inherit Hero (Update April 7, 2026)

Dear Dragonheir: Silent Gods Support Team,

I am experiencing a critical bug after the April 7, 2026 update (Reborn/Veteran Server update).

Problem description:
When I try to inherit my hero (Celebration Return Server) the game shows the following error message:

"Failed to pull character data. Please restart the game and try again."

I have restarted the game and my device multiple times, but the error persists. I am unable to complete the inheritance process.

Additional details:

Game version: Latest update from April 7, 2026

Server type: Veteran Server (returning player server)

Platform: [Please specify: PC (Steam/Epic) / iOS / Android]

What I have already tried:

Restarting the game and my device

Verifying game files (on Steam/Epic)

Disabling antivirus/firewall temporarily
