thank you so much flora for trying to help ! i dont know why dragonheir do this to players ! even player that have lower internet speed should be able to download that game even if its just very slow , there is something that blocks my download 🙁

ok i already try but nothing happens , i think there is something wrong with my ip or something ! my internet doesnt allow to play the game but i can play the game and download the game from the wifi of mcdonalds and also i just try to download the game from my cousin internet that is actually a mobile internet slower than mine and i could start downloading the game but my internet doesnt allow dont know why , you think that is a blockage ?

so strange i cant even download from my phone and my cousin has a slower internet and he can , any way i dont want to be repetetive , just please do what you can as this time i really want to play the game from home and enjoy , also if i lose events i may lose rewards but thats ok , i am a low spender but do what you can
