I purchased a "Dragonheir Staff" package through a third-party seller, believing it was a legitimate discounted promotion. I now realize this was a grave mistake. The seller has since charged back the funds, which I understand constitutes fraud and has caused a deficit on my account, leading to the ban.
I value this account and the community deeply, and I never intended to violate the Terms of Service or deprive the developers of their rightful revenue. I am fully prepared to make this right. I would like to request the following:
Verification of the total debt: Please let me know the exact amount in USD/in-game currency that was charged back.
A path to repayment: I am willing to pay the full difference directly through the official store to clear the negative balance and "buy back" the value of the items.
I have learned my lesson regarding third-party sellers and will only use official channels moving forward. Please let me know how I can settle this debt so I can return to the game.
