I am not asking for very greedy stuff, they should be weaker then Legendaries.
THAT said, its kinda not fair that Legendaries get Dupe System while Purples got nothing.
I am not asking for good fancy new mechanics, but just by giving them some stats already will make them better, and it will not break the game balance in anyway.
If they are generous about power, make some of their skills stronger due the dupe system as an addition is pretty good aswell, do not have to be a huge buff, for example Galius, his passive has a 50% proc chance, now give it 10% extra chance, boom, already better (a little)
