I really enjoy Blade arena. It is my favorite game mode in any gacha by far, an amazing edition to the game. However, in general there's a lot of bugs in it that take away from the competitiveness of it and make the experience frustrating. Especially for those of us that put a lot of effort and thought into every week.
These bugs are the difference between winning and losing a lot of the time, and often the difference between a lot of rewards. So in a general sentiment I hope you guys really fix these bugs and it will greatly improve the game mode.
Specifically the bug I am referring to is after the points rounds, the point shop usually gives as discount on first purchase of the hero (-67%) and gear (-50%) selection packs. These typically cost 1 coin for the first purchase and can truly make the difference in your Blade run.
Sometimes - I would say roughly 30-40% of the time in my experience - the discount does not appear. It might seem insignificant but this is the difference between potentially getting a unit or piece of gear that you need which will tilt the battles in your favor. It also means 3 less inspirations for existing heroes if you choose to buy packs without the discount, all of which creates a potentially major disadvantage, especially when your opponents have properly received the discount.
It's difficult to really capture this bug in a screenshot, but I've included one of the missing discount and I know others are able to verify.
