I can't play all my character on every server i make

i have 3 character on 3 server. i dont know what happen but after this bug happen on all my character, i can't event join server on all my character.

i make a new one and then that happen again.
when i try to join on server it'll stuck on loading screen then the game being "Not Responding" and then force close.

im already try to re-install the game. but still can accest all my character.
im already send report to team via email, but they didn't give me best solution or repair my account, my character.
