Returning to a holiday server with a choice of seven heroes is a complete farce. You're only given a random selection of heroes, not ones you could choose from your own collection. I'm offered a bunch of junk and a few half-decent heroes. What's the point?😆 This system clearly needs to be changed somehow.

How many players will return and how many won't depends on the developers themselves and the decisions they make. And it's still unknown how many will leave the project. The proposal is to change the current system of selecting legendary heroes to a system of selecting seven heroes from "our entire" "pool

Players should have their entire pool of legendary heroes to choose from. The developers have limited it. If you have an old account, go to their website and check it out yourself. Then you'll understand

This seems like it is an oversight... At least from what I understand the devs have stated that you will be allowed to choose any 7 units that you already own to inherit

So what you are saying is that you are unable to inherit unit that you previously pulled?

Or are you saying that you believe you should get to choose any unit regardless of whether or not you actually previously had it?

Also they have stated that in general they are only looking back to when Reborn launched so it is possible that they are only giving a choice of units you pulled after Reborn and not prior to Reborn

In addition to the 7 heroes you will also receive full rebate to top up history (that you did after July 2025, not before), Anniversary gifts, and catch up mechanics like free monthly passes for a season

Exactly. Their website only displays a few heroes. And from different seasons, by far not all of them. And many of the available ones are simply useless junk. It makes no sense. They supposedly give you a choice, but even that choice is some kind of roulette. If the choice is limited, for example, why do the developers give me information about saving Inspiration on heroes? I still won't start playing if they take away my good heroes and give me some incomprehensible randomness. Therefore, with such edits, we can only wish the developers good luck🫡

I am not eligible for the return server but I was not aware you could choose which units you inherit prior to server launch? I think before you call to arms here, we have to consider that maybe there is a misunderstanding and you won't know for sure until the servers open

But every announcement that the developers have released indicates that you will get to choose ANY 7 heroes that you already verifiably own. There is no implication that you will have to choose from a curated list of random heroes

So this seems like a witch hunt rather than a suggestion.
