Talwer on paper actually looks great. You can tell he is meant to synergize with a lot of poison units (eg Theodore, Reytah, etc).
He theoretically has the most consistent CC and debuff kit in the game.
There's a few things that make him bad... Being deriv is terrible. He should scale off max HP or def. Also poison should be added back to his battle skill...
