Ozul doesn't fill his ult. Same with Dark Lady. Also, when Dark Lady's ult was fully charged, she didn't ult.

that looks like different bug than what you say... Its what they already report about heroes not attacking. Looks like after charm they are stuck in disabled state not attacking at all.
Energy of tiamat ulti is recharging pasive you can see it go up but ozuls energy recharge differently he actually need to attack to charge it if he dont attack he dont charge at all.
10 energy per basic attack and think it was 30 energy per his battle skill. If he dont do basic attack or battle skill he gets zero energy. So different bug than what you say XD

It happened to me as well today. Both Ozul and Dark Lady chilling their life after about 20 secs in battle. No interactions. No energy gain. Lost the knockout stage in the Colloseum because of that.
