I just hope the familiar points on a pet won’t reset if you discard it after fusion, especially if the familiar points are already maxed and you accidentally discard the fused pet or don’t like the talent that was added. It’s already really hard to max the familiar points, and getting an extra talent for a pet is also pretty tough.

It would be nice if familiar points stayed saved even if the fused pet gets discarded, especially if they were already maxed. Players shouldn’t lose all that progress. It would also be great if players could lock a good talent before fusing, so it doesn’t get replaced or lost.
