Our accounts are very secure and cannot be accessed by others unless the account owner personally shares the bound third-party login information with someone else. Under normal circumstances, accounts are not stolen.

If the account was transferred or sold through a trading platform, we recommend contacting the customer support of that platform for further assistance.
If the account was transferred privately or shared directly with another player, we suggest resolving the issue through direct communication with that individual.

I used FunPay, a donation service, last year. Apparently, I didn't change my details or password in time, and someone stole my Moz account. I tried recovering it through Celestia, but it didn't work. I thought nothing could help me, so I forgot about it. Until DTOX helped me, I couldn't recover the account I accidentally unlinked, which I previously contacted you for help with. I'd like to try to recover my previous account, linked to the Pioneer Club, where I invested a lot of money and effort. I have receipts for old transactions.
