After checking, this notification is a server-side buff reminder, the same as the one shown when Otherworld Exploration is active. It’s a fixed system display and cannot be removed. Thank you for your understanding.

It makes no sense now as there are no alliance buffs in the current play mode only personal buffs. The serverwide progression gives inventory slots, not buffs.

Anyway, I miss the buffs.
