Literally unable to launch the game!

Reinstalled the game:
After launch getting stuck at 21% Initializing - "Dragonheir.exe is not responding".
After restarting the game 10 times you get trough it once to update 10% until you get - "Dragonheir.exe is not responding" again.
then you repeat 10 logins again and so on.
There are 4 packages to download.
I'm sitting here since 2 hours restarting the game like a maniac. The steam reviews are 100% true regards unable to install the game...

10 minutes later after the login:

Uninstall the game and then clear any residual Dragonheir files, then restart the device, and reinstall

Once you have tried that, and if you still have an issue, then provide your User ID, your Device information etc

Hello Traveler,

Please locate the game installation directory, delete the folder under PersistentPath, and then reinstall the game to see if the issue can be resolved.

I had a fresh reseted windows installation reinstalled the game twice and got this issue both times.
I brute forced through it like described and after updates were done game ran normal as before.

Just saying if that is the new player experience they will not even enter the game once.
