I was looking through replays and noticed strange bug: in one of the matches Perkunte was unable to discharge ultimate skill for a significant period of time.
It looks like he was trying to because he stopped auto attacking and was just standing there thinking about life for 20 seconds. Quaesitia pull seems to awaken him at last and he started to act normally after that
It wasn’t Perkunte only. Upon rewatching I noticed Victor also got bugged
