The first screenshot indicates that you already earned the 60 tokens you can get per week. It also shows that you need to inflict Buff Prohibition on the boss of Ancient Battlefield. Of course you can win the fight without inflicting this debuff, but then it doesn‘t count for Snowstorm Dungeon 🙂

Meter doesnt fill when max reached i think, i havent tested yet but i think it was that way
