She should have a cooldown inbetween of when she is immune to control effects. Bionphray constantly applies the control effect with skills and passive.
The cooldown of Vinyara passive is 6 seconds, Bionphray ultimate will deal dmg every 1.25 seconds applying with every attack the chance for Stunned.
So no bug here
