Friends list is empty although the friends are online so that we can not gift cards and receive them.

Hello Traveler,

If your friends list appears empty or you’re unable to send or receive gift cards, please note that you and your friends must be on the same server for the friend list and gifting functions to work properly.

If you’re on different servers, the system will not display each other as friends, even if they are currently online.

If the issue persists after confirming this, please feel free to leave us a message.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding card gifting, under the current system rules, cards can only be exchanged between friends on the same server.

My friends are on my server and i dont see them in the list either
