S4 gear farming and i've not got any gear from sets:-sunfires glow, wings of the owlkin, cresent ward. Is it bugged. I've seen a couple of other players that don't have these sets also.

Apparently those sets are exclusively as drops from Fey and not in the pool from dropping in dungeons

Just checked the rewards for fay, and they are not present. Plus we can't farm fay ?
